Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders for non-custom items are typically processed within 2-3 after the order is placed. Custom or personalized orders require additional production time, which will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (once shipped) 
  • Total Delivery: 10-12 business days from order placement

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

    • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

    • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs processing delays, carrier issues, or weather-related disruptions.

    • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

    • Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Damaged or Wrong Product Received 
  • If your piece arrives damaged or is the wrong product: 
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • 1. Document the issue: Take clear photos/video showing damage or wrong item Show the item from multiple angles Include the packaging (if damaged)

  • 3. We’ll respond within 24 hours with: Acknowledgment of the issue Exchange arrangement Prepaid return label 
  • 4. Return the damaged/wrong piece using the label we provide 
  • 5. We’ll send the correct piece once we receive yours 
  • Important: Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be processed.

Processing Exchanges 

  • Once we receive your returned item: 
  • Inspect and verify the damage/error 
  • Prepare replacement piece 
  • Ship the correct piece within 3-5 business days 
  • Total turnaround: 10-15 business days
