What makes HT Accessories different from other jewellery brands? 

HT Accessories creates handmade jewellery, not mass-produced pieces. Every single piece is created by one woman with intention — from sourcing genuine semi-precious stones to the final design. No factory, no shortcuts, just obsession with craftsmanship and quality.

Are your stones genuine?

 Yes, absolutely. We use authentic semi-precious stones and real pearls — never synthetic or imitation. Each stone is sourced carefully for its natural beauty and uniqueness.

 Can I see the stone/material specifications? 

Each product listing includes details about the stones, pearls, and metals used. If you need more information about a specific piece, contact us at connect@htaccessories.in

How long does each piece take to make? 

Most pieces take 3-5 days to craft, depending on complexity. Custom orders may take 7-10 days. We prioritize quality over speed. 

Do you use ethically sourced materials? 

Yes. We source from trusted suppliers and believe in supporting ethical practices. If you have specific concerns, we’re happy to discuss.

How do I place an order?

3. Add to cart and checkout 

4. Choose shipping method 

5. Complete payment 

6. Done! You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept: 

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) 
  • UPI 
  • Net Banking Wallets (PayPal, Google Pay, etc.)

 All payments are secure and encrypted, and PCI-DSS complaint through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.

Can I place a custom order? 

Absolutely! This is where HT Accessories shines. Email us at connect@htaccessories.in

How much does a custom order cost? 

  • Custom pricing depends on:

Can I return my piece?

 No, HT Accessories does not accept returns. 

However, we offer exchanges in these situations: 

Item arrived damaged Wrong product was received Exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. 

Can I exchange my piece? 

Yes, but only in specific cases: Exchanges are available for: Damaged item (must report within 24 hours) Wrong product received (must report within 24 hours)

Exchanges are NOT available for: 

  • Changed your mind
  • Don’t like the piece 
  • Decided it’s not for you 
  • Any reason beyond damage or wrong item
 
 

Shipping & Delivery 

Do you ship outside India?

 We currently ship primarily across India. For international orders, please contact connect@htaccessories.in for availability and shipping costs. 

How long does shipping take? 

  • Processing: 3-5 business days 
  • Delivery: 5-7 business days (pan-India)
  •  Total: 10-12 business days from order 
  • Express shipping (₹199) delivers 2-3 days faster.



What if my piece arrives damaged?
 You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
 1. Document the damage: Take clear photos/video Show damage from multiple angles Include packaging (if damaged) 
2. Contact us within 24 hours: Email: connect@htaccessories.in WhatsApp: 6352262699
3. We’ll arrange an exchange and provide prepaid return label 
4. Ship back the damaged piece and we’ll send a replacement 
Important: Damage claims made after 24 hours cannot be processed.

What if I received the wrong item?

 You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 
Same process as above:
 1. Document the wrong item with photos 
2. Contact us within 24 hours 
3. We arrange exchange with prepaid label 
4. Ship back and we send correct piece 
Important: Wrong item claims made after 24 hours cannot be processed


Product Care & Maintenance 

How do I care for my HT Accessories piece?

 General Care: 

  • Store in a dry place away from moisture
  • Keep away from direct sunlight (can fade colors)
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and perfumes 
  • Remove before swimming or bathing
 

For Pearls: 

  • Most delicate — avoid contact with water 
  • Store separately from other jewellery 
  • Wipe gently with soft cloth 

For Stones: 

  • Gently clean with soft, dry cloth 
  • Avoid soaps and detergents 
  • Store in the provided pouch when not wearing 

Can I wear my piece daily? 
Most HT Accessories pieces are designed for regular wear, but: Delicate pieces (especially with pearls) are better for occasions 
Remove before activities like swimming, sports, or showering 

Will the color fade? 
Natural stones may show slight color variations over time due to sun exposure. This is natural and adds to the uniqueness of your piece. 

Can I get my piece repaired? 
Yes! Email us with photos of the damage. We offer repair services for most pieces. Costs depend on the damage and repair needed.

HT Accessories pieces are handmade, artisanal, and one-of-a-kind. Before placing your order, please: 

  • Review all product details carefully 
  • Check sizing information thoroughly 
  • Read descriptions about stone variations 
  • Understand that natural stones may vary slightly 
  • Know that no returns are offered — only exchanges for damage/wrong item within 24 hours 
  • Once you purchase, the piece is yours to cherish. 
  • We believe each handmade piece deserves to be with someone who loves it as much as we do.
